Return Policy
At Valley Foot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 2 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Options:
- Mail Return: You can return your items by mail using our pre-paid return label included in your original shipment. Simply repack the items securely in the original box and affix the pre-paid label.
- (Optional: If you don't have the pre-paid label, you can return the items at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.)
- In-Store Return: You can also return your items to any Valley Foot store location. Please bring your original receipt or packing slip for faster processing.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can follow the same return process outlined above. We will process your return and then fulfill your exchange request once we receive the returned item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Please Note:
- Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
